Complaint Procedure
Complaints must be submitted in text form; this can be done via email or by post in German or English.
DEG Impact will send an acknowledgment of receipt within five business days of receiving a complaint. A decision will be made regarding the admissibility of the complaint and subsequent procedural steps. After the complaint has been reviewed, the complainant will receive a response containing information on alternative dispute resolution.
